Terms of Service
Terms covering use of this website and how engagements are contracted.

About these terms
These terms cover your use of www.jufairglobal.com. By using the website you accept them. They do not replace a signed service agreement — where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
The figures and case studies on this site
Buyer numbers, deal values, country counts and case studies are drawn from our own records of completed work. They describe what has happened, not what is promised.
Actual results depend on your product, your pricing, your target market and the exhibition itself. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a particular number of buyers, meetings or orders.
Enquiries are not a contract
Sending the contact form, or receiving a reply or an indicative price from us, does not create a binding engagement. Services begin under a separate written scope agreed by both sides.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography, logos and marks on this website belong to JU FAIR GLOBAL or are used with permission. You are welcome to read the site and share links to it. Republishing the content, or using our name or marks to present yourself as us or as our appointed agent, requires our written permission.
Third-party names, including exhibition and trade fair names, remain the property of their owners and appear here only to describe work we have done.
Links and embedded content
This website links to social platforms and embeds a third-party map. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone, or from the website being unavailable. Liability for services we actually deliver is governed by the agreement covering those services.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes relating to this website fall to the competent courts of Shanghai.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated version.
If part of this is unenforceable
If any clause here turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force. The invalid clause is treated as replaced by the nearest enforceable equivalent rather than voiding the whole document.
